For Self-Represented Litigants
Work with our Certified Legal Coach to assist you in representing yourself in court, mediation, or arbitration in Alberta with affidavits, filling out and filing the correct forms, and the rules of court. Our paralegal coaching and navigation service allows you to better represent yourself and help you achieve your goals.
At this time, Paralegal Plus assists with divorce, family, real estate, landlord/tenant, and small claims matters.

Book Your Initial Session
Speak with us to determine the best route for you. Our pre-coaching questionnaire will ensure you get the most out of your free 20-minute session.
Prepare Your Case
After your initial session, your engagement will begin the preparation process. We're here to help and support you.
Appear and Present
Before your appearance, we'll review your submission and discuss what will happen in court. This will also be your opportunity to rehearse your presentation before speaking before the court.
Follow Up
Following your appearance, we'll meet to discuss the decision and any next steps that need to be taken.
Pay As You Go
Unlike law firms, we only require a small initial payment. You choose how much coaching you need and when you need it. We can help with drafting court documents, legal research, and courthouse filing. We can even help you interview lawyers. You decide what you need and pay-as-you-go.
Initial Cost: $300
Includes 2 hours of coaching/paralegal services.
Additional Hours: $100 per hour
